Savoury Delights

Our chefs have been busy bees this week in the central production unit baking delicious savoury muffins ready for a development tasting.  Now we just have to choose which will be served as part of the latest breakfast offering at Olympia.  The parmesan and chive was our favourite!  Try one for yourself at the Pure London Fashion Show opening on Sunday.

Hot Chocolate

It is far too cold not be be enjoying a delicious treat like this... hot chocolate as it should be;

70% Valrhona single plantation chocolate, marshmallows and hot milk, deliciously brought together with a cinnamon stirrer.  Everything should be this good!

Anchors Away!

The Tullett Prebon London Boat Show came to an end last week after a very busy 9 days for the Creative team at ExCeL London.  With 5 on-floor pop ups and 10 fixed site operations open, including the newly refurbished Waterfronts, it was a huge success with over 93,000 people attending!  A few shots of the glamorous bars below and a BIG well done to all of the team!

A Happy and Healthy New Year

Feeling the need for some greens after an indulgent Christmas?  Your menu doesn't have to be boring to be healthy.... here's a delicious salad of char-grilled purple sprouting broccoli, roasted parsnip, Stichleton and pickled walnut.

Partytime

A very merry time was had by all at the Creative staff party last week.  Kicking off with drinks, ice skating and tummy turning rides with the team working at Winter Wonderland, the party really got started out on the town in our glad rags but we will save you from those pictures!
